Harley Quinn
Quirky, morally-charcoal-grey, and with an excellent sense of humour, Harley is an ex-psychiatrist who fell in love with the Joker, did a lot of villainous things, then got dumped by broke up with him and continued to do some more villainous things. She's definitely more on the chaotic-neutral side than a true villain. Harley makes friends easily, is very enthusiastic, and extremely extremely spontaneous and impulsive. She's a lot of fun to be around but can also be incredibly exhausting, and her life is a constant upheaval.
Hailing from Gotham, she is a highly-trained gymnast, hand-to-hand and armed fighter, adept roller skater, and has achieved peak human conditioning, agility, and durability. In Annexed, she has gained the ability to access a sort of hammerspace that is full of blunt weapons, stick weapons, and guns.

Harley is a wild little ball of energy and chaos, often dressed in sparkly clothes along the colour scheme of black and red or blue and pink. She's very effusive and expressive, with her emotions showing clearly on her face, and gestures a lot when she talks.
